| 1) You must pass twenty (20) credits of high school
work per week. 20 credit hours is the equivalent of passing
4 courses. |
| 2) Have an athletic physical within one year of
participation. |
| 3) Signed insurance waiver by parent/guardian or
purchase school accident insurance. |
4) Pay $30.00 Athletic Participation Fee per sport.
Please note: Maximum two fee's per year--3rd sport free participation. |
*Athletic physicals can be obtained from the Tomcat Health Center
located in room 098
Physicals cost $35.00 and appointments can be made by calling 299-8023
